LET'S TALK NWA

About

Let's Talk NWA is a community born initiative that is tailored for African Americans dealing with domestic violence/intimate partner violence here in Fayetteville. The mission is to be a key resource for individuals who identify as African Heritige, who have been involved in domestic violence directly or indirectly. The premise behind the initiative is to start a running dialouge about what impact domestic violence has had on different age groups and genders over a period of time. We will host public forums for open discussion and gather data from focus groups to back up findings of the community impact. Keeping Families Safe was the initial particpatory grant awarded to Dr. Valndra of the UofA, and LET'S TALK was born out of that grant.
